Our Pregnancy Swim classes are designed to help you stay active, comfortable, and connected to your body in a calm, supportive environment. How it works

- Expert instructors with pre- and postnatal training

You don’t need to be a confident swimmer, just comfortable in the water. Your instructor will be right there with you, offering reassurance and guidance every step of the way.
Pregnancy Swim sessions are suitable from 12 weeks onwards, with your GP or midwife’s approval.
Many of our swimmers continue right up until the final weeks of pregnancy, finding comfort, movement, and calm in the water even as their body changes.

Marcelo is a brilliant swimming teacher, with lots of patience and is great with the kids in general. The boys have a great bond with him too.
We started babyswim lessons a few months ago when my daughter was 10 weeks old and she immediately loved them. Our teacher, Alessandro, is amazing with babies, he is so patient and connects very well with them. The classes are well structured, safe and very enjoyable for both babies and parents!
As a mom I also appreciate that the changing area is very well adapted for babies, with plenty of space, changing mats, bouncers… and always super clean thanks to Anna who is always helpful and welcoming!
The staff are nice and the teachers (mine is philipe) are very helpful.
